Responsibility for content

The content on our web sites is prepared with the greatest care possible. We cannot, however, guarantee that the content is correct, complete and up-to-date. As a service provider we are responsible under general law for our own content on these sites, see §7 Subsection 1 TMG. According to §§8 to 10 TMG we are not obliged, however, to monitor transmitted or stored external information/data or to look into circumstances that may indicate the illegality of such data. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law are not affected by this. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point of positive knowledge by us of a specific infringement. We will remove the content in question upon gaining knowledge of such an infringement.

Responsibility for links

Our offering contains links to external web sites of third parties. We have no influence on the content of such sites. For this reason, we cannot take any responsibility for external content whatsoever. Responsibility for the content of sites we link to lies exclusively with the operator of the site in question. The sites we link to were examined on possible infringements when the link on our site was created. No such infringements were found at that time. A permanent monitoring of the content on a linked-to site is unreasonable without any explicit indication of any infringement. Upon gaining knowledge of such infringements, we will remove the link in question from our sites.

Copyright law

All content and works created by the operators on our web sites are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, adaption/changing, processing or any other form of exploitation beyond the boundaries of copyright law need the expressed consent by letter of the author or creator in question. Downloads or copies of these sites are only admissible for private, non-commercial use. Should the content on these sites not be created by the operators of these sites, the copyrights of third parties will be observed. Such third-party content will be identified explicitly. Should you nevertheless find any copyright infringements, please let us know immediately. We will remove such content upon gaining knowledge of such an infringement.

Data protection and security

The use of our sites is normally possible without entering personal data. Should such data (e.g. names, addresses or email-addresses) be collected on our sites, this will happen – insofar possible – on a voluntary basis. Such data will not be made available to third parties without your explicit consent. We advise you that the transmission of data in the internet (e.g. when communicating via email) can bear security holes. A complete protection of data from the access of third parties is not possible. We expressly object the use of third parties of contact data published on these sites in accordance with our obligation to provide an “Impressum”/ legal information to send unrequested advertising or informational material. Furthermore, the operators of these sites expressly retain their right to take legal action against the sending of advertising material such as – but not limited to – spam-mail .
